What I Help With
Therapy with me may be helpful if you are experiencing:
Anxiety, overthinking, or chronic overwhelm
Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
People-pleasing or fear of conflict
Emotional reactivity or shutdown in relationships
Past experiences that still feel present or triggering
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about next steps
How I Work
My approach is structured, relational, and focused on meaningful change.
In our work together, we may:
Identify core emotional and relational patterns
Explore how past experiences shape present responses
Build tools for emotional regulation and grounding
Strengthen boundaries and self-trust
Work with both present-day stressors and deeper underlying experiences
Some sessions are reflective and insight-oriented. Others are more active and skill-based. The process is tailored to where you are and what you need at each stage of therapy.
Private Payment
Individual Sessions are $225 per session.
I offer private pay therapy to allow for greater flexibility, continuity of care, and a more personalized therapeutic process—free from insurance limitations on session length, frequency, or treatment direction.
Sliding scale spots are available based on financial need.
I also offer Out of Network Benefits for private pay clients. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–70% of sessions after your deductible, so your out-of-pocket cost may be significantly lower
Accepts all major credit cards for full fee and co-payments.
Aetna, Optum, UHC, MHN, Medicare, Cigna/Evernorth
Insurance cases are accepted based on availability and have a strict 50-minute length in sessions along with cancellation fees.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #137449) in CA, and a BBS approved clinical supervisor for pre-licensed LMFT associates. I work closely with pre-licensed clinicians to guide them on ethical practices.Schedule a Consultation
A brief first step to see if working together is the right fit.
I offer a 15–20 minute consultation call for new clients in California. This is a space for us to briefly connect, explore what you’re looking for, and determine whether my approach feels like a good match for your needs. This is not a therapy session, and we will not go into deep processing during this call. Instead, it is a focused conversation to ensure the right fit and answer your questions. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make the process as clear and grounded as possible so you can decide what feels right for you.
If you’re unsure, that’s completely okay—the consultation exists for exactly that reason.
No pressure. No obligation. Just clarity.
