Emotional triggers? I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing); it supports the brain’s natural ability to reprocess and release stuck emotional pain—often more quickly and deeply. This can help with; Trauma (big or small—what matters is how it impacted you), Anxiety or panic, Childhood wounds or attachment issues, Negative self-beliefs and Feeling “stuck” emotionally. (Yes! Works great with virtual therapy.)

Talk therapy is your vibe? We can gain insight through highlighting patterns, we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions or past experiences. Others might be more about problem-solving or learning new coping skills.
